Let's face it, your relationships are vital to everything you do. If you want to be more effective and successful in your career and life, odds are it will involve shifting, or engineering, one or more key relationships. And yet most of us find ourselves reacting to the relationships in our lives instead of proactively shaping them. This workshop will change all that. We will apply engineering design principles to demystify relationship dynamics and teach you how to engineer powerful relationships no matter how “quirky” the other person may seem. You will learn how to resolve issues with grace so that you can build relationships are a source of pride.
